Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your INTIMIKO set. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or report a problem.

Single sets (orders under $50)

No need to ship anything back. If something is wrong, email info@intimiko.com with your order number and a photo, and we will refund or replace your item.

Bundles (orders $50 and over)

Email info@intimiko.com first for a return authorization and address. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with the tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of worn or washed intimate apparel unless it is faulty. We can only process returns that were requested in advance - we cannot match parcels that arrive without a prior return request.
