Where we ship from: Orders are shipped internationally from our production partner in Guangdong, China.

Processing time: We prepare and dispatch orders within 2-5 business days.

Delivery to the United States: Most orders arrive within 2-4 weeks (about 8-18 business days) after dispatch.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track order page.

Import duties & taxes: Any import duties or taxes charged by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, email us at info@intimiko.com and we will resend your order or issue a full refund.
